Always reliable for shoes

Decent shoes, long wait
I bought the NYC83 high-tops and they are pretty comfortable. The price was fair for the quality. My main issue was how long it took to get here, nearly two weeks. I know things can be slow sometimes, but I expected a bit faster. Customer service was helpful when I asked about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, it was an okay experience, but shipping could definitely be quicker.
